Cancellation of membership

Due to privacy rules, study association Complex cannot make any use of the student dossier of Tilburg University, which means membership at Complex will not automatically be cancelled when members get their diploma or stop with their course. Cancelling your membership is your responsibility which is only possible by filling in the form on the right.

Want to end your membership for the coming academic year? Make sure you fill in the form in before the 1st of September of the following school year. (For example, if you want to end your membership for the academic year of 2021 – 2022 then you should send in the form before the 1st of September 2021).

Note: Cancelling your membership for the next academic year (2021 - 2022) is only possible till the 31st of August 2021. If you send in a form after this date, your membership cancellation will be processed in the following academic year 2022-2023.


If you want to cancel your membership for Study Association Complex for the academic year of 2021-2022, you can do so by filling in this form. The deadline to send in this form in order to cancel your membership for the academic year of 2021-2022 is September 1st, 2021. If you send in the form after the deadline, your cancellation will take place the following academic year.

All cancellations will be processed as soon as possible at the start of the academic year. If your cancellation form is properly received, you will get a confirmation that your form has been received. As soon as your membership has been canceled, you will receive an e-mail, confirming that you have ended your membership. Make sure to save this e-mail.
